Annas House Foundation

Programs: Ahf families receive one on one support 24/7 from staff including home visits, telephone conferences and court appearances as needed. The annas house foundation is in the process of establishing support group meetings, allowing families to come together and lift each other up in prayer and emotional support. The journey can be difficult for families caring for children who have suffered the trauma of abuse neglect and/or abandonment. The support and understanding of other resource/foster families can help sustain a family through unique challenges and tough times. This type of support enables children to remain in placements (families) and reduce the number of moves a child in foster care can often endure.

resource room the anna's house resource room provides ahf families and other oklahoma foster parents with cribs, car seats, high chairs, clothing, diapers, formula and other much needed baby essentials in order to relieve some of the financial burden when caring for foster children. We are excited to serve these very special "parents" in this way. Below is a list of some items that are needed to keep this room well stocked and up to date. We also try and provide each "new arrival" with a welcome basket filled with essentials and a baby blanket to welcome them to their new foster home. Your donations will go a long way toward sending the lord's love to an oklahoma child and their new family.

the anna's house community is a state of the art transitional foster care community in oklahoma county. The property will include 8-9 single-family homes with living space for up to 5 children in transition to foster care and/or adoption, primarily serving ages 0-6. This environment will provide these precious oklahoma children with a stable and nurturing home environment until a more permanent/long term foster or kinship placement can be found. This unique community will serve as an alternative to the continuously over crowded shelter system and the high probability of multiple moves.
