Mission: The Neutral Zone''s mission statement was written by teens and continues to be the guiding voice of the organization: "The Neutral Zone is a diverse, youth-driven teen center dedicated to promoting personal growth through artistic expression, community leadership and the exchange of ideas."

Programs: VOLUME meets weekly to write, critique and read our poetry with one another. In addition to writing and performing nationally recognized, award-winning poetry, we perform at local coffee shops, bookstores, and several large-scale community events.
