Programs: The animal rescue foundation has one program with one mission: to rescue animals and to make them available for adoption. In order to do this, each animal must have veternarian care, be spayed or neutered, have all age-appropriate shots, have a microchip implanted. An animal is not available for adoption unless they have received all the care we can give. Unfortunately our waiting list is much greater than our ability to adopt animals to the general public. Many of the animals remain at our facility for several months while waiting for adoption. Our facility has electricy, water, gas, insurance, trash pickup, security monitoring, etc. Our adoption fees do not cover all of the care that we give the animals let alone our overhead. We are an almost all-volunteer organization, relying on fundraising, grants, adoptions fees, and donations in order to continue our mission.
