We received an wonderful dog from this agency. The issue was what we found after we got home.
This dog came with multiple ticks and diarrhea. We were told she received Flea and Tick medicine but two weeks later we are still finding live Ticks on her. We sought out two vets and both said there is no way that she had received the meds as the Ticks should not survive.
Secondly they stated they dewormed her but two weeks later she is still has the runs. They apparently did not do a fecal test to determine the correct meds she needed.
Now we have to put her on one month of antibiotics for the ticks as well. I realize you don't always know what you are getting but seriously how are you caring for these animals? This is not acceptable. At a minimum it should have been disclosed.
Lastly, in order to license the animals in San Diego you have to have a form signed by a vet in order to get it. We only received a book that was stamped by a vet in Mexico which does not suffice so the poor dog had to get another Rabies shot. Learn the rules of where you are adopting animals out to so they can clear to be registered as all animals should be.
They rescue animals from Mexico, and other tough situations and give them a chance at a new, loving life. I adopted my pup, Nala, from them. She is a sweetheart, and you can tell she’s been through a lot. I would love to thank this organization for taking on more difficult animal situations and showing them love. We love our Nala, and are so happy we had the opportunity to bring her into our lives!

Review from Guidestar
This company is a front for timeshare sales. I received a call stating it was a courtesy call regarding timeshare sales. I mentioned I was on he do not call list and asked for thecompany name, this is the one used. By masquerading as a charity, they are able to bypass the Federal do ot call registry.
