Mission: Our mission is to empower and equip disadvantaged and under educated men and women through character development, vocational training and job experience so they can attain employment and become financially self sufficient. Our clients are men and women who have experienced challenges such as incarceration, homelessness, emotional or physical abuse, or live in poverty for other reasons.
Programs: We provide our clients with real work experience combined with skills training while recycling electronics, refurbishing computers, dismantling electronics, testing and repairing electronics and customer service opportunities. We also provide classroom training for essential workplace soft skills, principles of successful employment, policy and procedure compliance, communication in the workplace and other essential knowledge based workplace matters.
our auto repair training program gives our students the opportunity to learn through hands on experience and direct training to learn mechanical skills and other essential workplace skills. Students work on donated vehicles to learn procedures and gain practical knowledge. Students learn skills that are applicable to any industry or can continue to become a certified mechanic.
