Mission: Founder Rebeccah Rodgers has designed a facility that is based on not only her educational experiences, but on her personal experiences. A former foster child for five year, Rebeccah has first hand knowledge of life as a foster child and their needs. With over four year's experience as a direct care worker for a handicapped children's home, she has seen life as a person working for such institutions. As a parent advocate for people with disabilities, she knows how to get things to support children and people with disabilities. As a parent of three children with disabilities, she has direct knowledge of what it takes to be a loving parent of children with special needs. Her goal is to put together a facility that is an anti-institution institution. Where the children's needs are first no matter what.
