It has been a pleasure having the Foster Grandparents program at our school for the past few years working with students in need. The children benefit from the ladies working with them in many ways such as improving reading and/or math skills, offering encouragement which helps with self-esteem and confidence, and guiding the development of behavioral skills, social skills and conflict resolution. Our school is a much better place with the Foster Grandparents involved!
