Mission: To help all, especially the young, gain a greater understanding of the world and its people through hostelling.
Programs: The potomac area council of hostelling international usa offers a number of educational programs that aim to enrich the hostelling experience for our guests and create world where intercultural dialogue and responsible travel are part of every individuals experience. Through our programming we aim to create a generation of caring world citizens unburdened by stereotypes and with a greater understanding of other cultures.
