Mission: Program is a holistic program that builds self esteem in the areas of life skills, self respect, inner and outward confidence, etiquette, proper grooming, and social mannerism within a structured program. Innerchanges goal is to empower our youth by providing the necessary training that promotes positive values, healthy habits, and education through self awareness resulting in a positive innerchange. In 2013 the organization reached over 100 kids helping them in caracter and social development
