Mission: Aodc, inc will foster, promote and develop affordable housing for dekalb county georgia residents. We will develop both new housing and rehabilitate existing housing units.
Programs: Successfully purchased 1st housing unit in nov 2012, completed renovatation and sold the housing unit in may 2013. Successfully purchased 2nd housing unit in april 2013, completed the renovation and sold the housing unit in april 2014. Successfully purchased 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th housing units in sept 2013, may and june 2014, completed the renovations and sold one of the 3 housing units in may 2015.
