Programs: Home program - serves to reach the population in the westside of el paso county with housing-related programs. To support access to resources from the texas department of housing and community affairs.
cultura de la legalidad - serves to promote positive values and behaviors among youth, specifically targeting children in the fifth and sixth grades in ciudad juarez and sorrounding areas.
coalitions in the border towns - to develop a plan to coordinate with the conadic (national counsel for addictions mexican federal agency) participation of state and municipal councils in an advisory group or groups that contribute to the development of a minimum of three coalitions, in juarez, tijuana and nogales mexico. To supervise and monitor the activities of all coalitions involved in the project.
