Mission: The organization's mission is to facilitate opportunities for young people in the fields of theatre arts and athletics. To achieve this purpose, the organization provides, but is not limited to, comprehensive curriculium that includes foundations in character, education and ongoing mentoring to provide students with the necessary goals and life skills that will prepare them for a future beyond the school and athletic field.
Programs: The alliance of arts and athletics provides scholarships for children to attend football kicking camps and supports them in their efforts to improve their skills. A musical theater production is produced annually featuring 90 children in 4th-8th grade. Over 1600 tickets are offered free of cost to the 5th grade students in the la mesa-spring valley school district to see the production and bus transportation is also provided for these performances.
