Mission: Alliance for strategic growth, inc. Exists to empower the eastern indiana workforce to meet existing and future sector-driven employment demands.
Programs: To provide workforce training to a nine county area including blackford, delaware, henry, jay, randolph, wayne, rush, fayette and union counties with the objective of increasing employment, retention and earnings of participants. The resources to provide the increases in occupational skills are provided by federal and state of indiana grants and programs.
