Mission: Alliance family health center's (afhc) mission is to be a progressive and adaptive health care team providing inclusive person-centered high-quality care.
Programs: Afhc aspires to be a welcoming, progressive premier health, education, and wellness anchor for the greater alliance community. Afhc is a practice of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, physician assistants, nurses, referral and financial eligibility specialists serving alliance and the surrounding communities. Afhc saw nearly 9,000 women's health patients in 2017 and provided services for 250 births. Afhc added family practice and walk-in primary care services starting in august, 2017 and 2,400 family practice patients were seen in 2017. Afhc offers evening hours to accommodate accessible community health including same day and next day appointments and walk-ins. Afhc offers a sliding fee discount program and afhc's financial eligibility specialists are available to assist patients with the screening process.
