Mission: Alley Living Together is a community-led organization that unites residents, businesses, and visitors in the National Register Blagden Alley-Naylor Court alleys and Shepard's Court in Washington, DC. Blagden Alley and Naylor Court are among the last historic alleys preserved in their original form since the emancipation of enslaved people. ALT provides resources for residents and businesses while collaborating with our respective elected officials who advocate for the needs of these three blocks and to preserve the historical aspects of the neighborhood. For businesses, ALT offers the opportunity to engage with its membership base and participate in marketing and event initiatives, fostering a vibrant community focused on the future. Our goal is to create a stronger, more diverse neighborhood that supports a flourishing cultural and economic foundation for growth.
