Mission: The alice and allen stokes nature center provides a facility where students of all ages can explore and learn about nature in the inter-mountain western united states. It operates from a facility in the cache national forest near logan, utah. It provides nature and science-related workshops for school classes, a variety of educational nature walks and programs, and a summer day camp for youth. Primary sources of support are contributions from individuals and foundations. Fundraising support and expenses primarily represent the results of an annual benefit auction.
Programs: The educational purpose of the nature center was carried out through community, school, and outreach programs. The center also provided a summer story series, summer day camps, workshops and field trips.
