Mission: The primary mission is improving the lives of central americans through the development of clean water systems and healthy living conditions.
Programs: Water projectsin 2017, agua viva serves continued its mission of clean water. Ten wells were drilled to serve over 1,000 people. In 2015, two large water systems were brought online with the co-op model of governance. These systems set the standard for future projects with a lower cost per beneficiary and a much greater long term sustainability. Partnerships have been formed with the local water company to foster increased reach and long term governance. As always we continue with an attitude towards innovation and looking for efficiency in all aspects of operations.
