Mission: AFT is a network of adoptive families founded in Massachusetts by parents who understood the benefit of peer support while raising families with complex issues. Our parent support meetings, held in the New England area, provide post-adoptive information, education, and support for people touched by adoption. AFT families have adopted children domestically and internationally, infants and older children, kin and children with special needs. We are an inclusive organization and we welcome adopted individuals, guardians, birth and foster parents, as well as professionals working in the field of adoption.
