Mission: We build universally designed single-family housing that is safe, decent, and affordable for individuals that are at or below 80% of the area median income. We also provide technical assistance to consumers, service providers, advocates, developers and builders. Our tech support program addresses of a variety of issues facing today''s low-income homebuyer. Our homeownership classes focus on issues of homeownership, construction, assistive technology, maintenance, budgeting and avoiding foreclosure.
