Our consumers have choices in how their services are provided and all services are uniquely tailored to the individual’s needs. Consumers can choose agency-directed services and the agency will manage their staff and services. Or if a person prefers to take a more active role in directing their own services, they can select the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) option, which gives them greater choice, flexibility, and control over their services by enabling them to be the employer of their own staff.
