Mission: Access: supports for living inc. Provides industrial and rehabilitation services, residential services, counseling centers and crisis services, community services, and intensive clinical services to persons with emotional, developmental and/or physical disabilities in orange, ulster, sullivan, dutchess, columbia and greene counties, new york. Access: supports for living inc. Receives its principal support from medicaid and new york state contracts.
Programs: Residential services - to provide essential care for people with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and physical disabilities (24 hour room and board, social services)
employment and industrial services - to provide rehabilitation services to people with developmental disabilities, mental illness and physical disabilities
counseling and crisis services - outpatient counseling centers and crisis services to persons with emotional, developmental, and or physical disabilities in orange, ulster, and dutchess counties.
idd community support services - rehabilitation services provided to people with special needs (dd, mh, physical disabilities)family support services - program services that are person-centered to obtain individuals goals and supports families in the community with individuals with special needschildren services - foster care residential services to youths ages 12- 21 years old which are located in orange county and serve families. Child welfare programs that provide parenting and family support servicescare coordination - foster care residential services to youths ages 12- 21 years old which are located in orange county and serve families. Child welfare programs that provide parenting and family support servicesconsumer directed services - program for individuals with a disability that reside in orange, sullivan, ulster, rockland, and dutchess counties that enables them to receive services by their own personal care assistant. Transportation - provides transportation to individuals with special needs to and from work programs, and service programs within the community.
