G. O. S. S. I. P. We offer suggestions of ways to improve their situation and/or put together a small group activity at a later date that will help ease their situation. We compose our sessions based on the needs of the group and statistics that are extremely high in the demographic areas. We plan to have monthly sessions that will enable 4 bidden to bring in professionals and research our topic to ensure that we are providing accurate information. We currently utilize our local library conference room, community centers and members homes for monthly sessions. Recently, g. O. S. S. I. P was introduced to a small audience with emphasizes on structure and feedback before launching. The topic of discussion was entitled relationships: the good, the bad and the ugly. During the session we began with an ice breaker to get everyone acquainted. We then gave a short overview of 4 bidden and then begin sharing our experiences with one another. Listening to all the relationship issues made it less difficult to find our next topics due to the cycle that was starting to form. We had 100 percent participation from the 13 that were in attendance and what we noticed was the lack of father -daughter relationships. We are now in the process of researching the topic and plan to have a panel of fathers to receive the information that was produce from this session. We are going to allow them to hear from real life situations how their absence affects the emotional state of woman. By tackling these social issues head on we plan to achieve our mission to change the mindset of future generation one woman at a time. A few sessions can successfully change the future actions, thoughts and decisions of any of the woman during any of our sessions.
