I have seen this organization transform communities in Uganda and help the villagers change their own lives. Empowering others to do what they want to do for themselves. Just awesome!!

Professional with expertise in this field

Rating: 5

I annually review and vet dozens of organizations like 410 Bridge. In the last 4 years in this role, I have only come across one, maybe two, organizations that are as disciplined and focused. 410 Bridge is a top-tier community development organization. They have a highly developed strategy grid through which sound decisions are made. They execute these strategies using an assest-based grid. They holistically engage the communities in which they work to see complete transformation that will last for generations to come.

Volunteer

Rating: 1

I was not impressed by the planning and goal setting for my trip. Lacked a clear objective. The trip seemed more about giving the volunteers a "mission trip vacation" than a results based and goal oriented mission. Very arogant approach towards the volunteer's questions and complete disregard to the years of experience and expertise of the volunteers.
