Mission: “We are a diverse group of peers and supporters working to assist the homeless in successfully integrating back into society. We will achieve our mission by providing comprehensive services to the homeless and providing connections to outside service providers in order to ensure that each individual’s specific needs are met.”
Results: We are in the designing and implementing stage.
Target demographics: House, stable and or prevent homelessness or at risk and our children
Direct beneficiaries per year: People that was hungry and needed coats and hats

Programs: Transitional Housing, Supported Housing, maybe rapid rehousing shelter and a safe lodge for children after school and some weekends
