I love this wonderful group of people that help others all year long with events like the thanksgiving meals they prepare and donate to people, the Christmas gumbo and toys they donate to children, the school supplies they collect and donate to teachers for children that can’t afford any. And Julian’s diaper drive that collects diapers and adult incontinence items for lower income families.
Love Of People Clinic has afforded me, along with various local artists the opportunity to help give back to local retired musicians & other needs within our community by rendering the gift of song/music to help raise Awareness & funds for various necessities!
Love of People is a hands-on non-profit. They have personally impacted my life as well as the lives of many in our community. They truly exemplify their name... love and commitment to serving others!
This organization brings the community together in creative ways and is a huge blessing for everyone it touches.
Acadiana is rich in culture: food, music, landmarks, and People! Love of People continues to take care of the ones who have defined our culture for all these years. Providing baseline life care services, community enrichment projects, and developing our community for self sustainability in the process. Truly a great group of people and great mission.
This is an organization that truly cares about community. Through their monthly and weekly events supporting their mission, people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and ethnicities come together for a common cause. John, and everyone who works for the mission, are truly the most kind hearted and supportive people I have ever come across. They truly truly care about their aging and elderly musicians, and give them all the support that they are able in a highly respectful and honorable manner. I am truly blessed to witness their mission first hand.
Love of People and John Williams have a big heart. I like their style. I like their organic approach. I like the way that they can bring a community together. John has a process that is simple, yet effective. I could not imagine what the team would be able to accomplish with real mission sponsors. His message needs to be heard around the world. I learned about Love of People through networking. I want to help, and you should want to help as well.

Volunteering with Love of People is the way I give back to my community. They allow people to be an active part of changing lives and I am forever grateful.
I have had the opportunity to volunteer with Love of People recently and I am so inspired by the passion and commitment of this organization to better the lives of the citizens in our community and support the culture that makes it so great. Their overall mission is “Helping Others, Help Others” and a focus of that mission is assisting aging musicians, creatives and caregivers with life care assistance. This organization was able to restore hot water to a family that had been living without. They have cut grass and planted gardens. They have driven sick musicians across state lines for specialized medical care and found clinical trials for those in need. The work they do is astounding and the dedication and passion of their President, John Williams, is truly inspiring. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given through Love of People to be of service. I am forever changed.
