Mission: The organization conducts music, dance, and visual art lessons, provides a job training program, brings arts awareness and education to the general public through festivals and theater, and offers summer camps.
Programs: Job training program is provided through the operation of a coffee shop called the carpe cafe. It provides high school and college level students hands-on training to further their educational and career objectives. The cafe also focuses on art education with live music performances and studio space for visual arts displays and instruction. Approximately 20,000 people benefited.
carpe academy for creatives is a program that provides educational training in the traditional arts. This program allows interested people the opportunity for hands-on learning activities in music, theatre, and visual arts. Approximately 500 students benefited.
carpe artista will offer community events to educate the public about visual arts including music, dancing, acting, and art.
