AOM is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated in its works in helping the community and people in Person County and surrounding counties. It provides food, household and personal hygiene items, helps families in need, runs a summer camp to help children to stay active and involved with others while out of school. AOM also feed the community hit meals on Tuesdays and every other Saturday. The staff iare passionate about working with the kids as well as the older adults throughout the community. I have enjoyed mentoring the kids. I look forward to lending a helping hand whenever I can. I'm proud of the great things AOM have did for the community and striving to continue to do for the community and surrounding areas. Without God's grace and love and support we wouldn't have been able to make it this far. Thanks to God, ALL the volunteers, staff and community for allowing us to serve our community. Ahava Outreach Ministries is truly a blessing to this community. Ahava Outreach Ministries was a blessing to my home and the community. They donated masks, cleaning Supplies, hygiene Supplies, food, and daycare and so much more. Ahava Outreach Ministries has truly been a blessing to the Macedonia A. M. E. Church family. They gave much needed items, such as mask, sanitizer, alcohol, cleaning products, sanitizing spray, etc to so many. It was needed by all and especially the elderly members who could not get out and purchase these needed items. They go the extra mile by delivering the supplies to the Church. They always seem to have that extra energy to get the job done because they see the needs of so many. We thank them for all of their hard work and their giving spirit.

Ahava Outreach is truly a staple to our community! Providing our homes and families with food, care, toiletries, medical & cleaning supplies. Ahava focuses on the community as a whole, as our children on up to our elderly community members who aren’t mobile, or don’t have transportation, needs are continuously met. Ahava Outreach is filled with members who have small hands but such big hearts!

I have watched in awe as this outreach ministry gives endlessly to the community with much needed supplies, going into the neighborhoods for those that need but may be unable to come to the physical location. This has had a huge impact on the county as a whole. Keep doing the good work.
Ahava Outreach Ministries is the first of it's kind in Person County outside of a church. However AOM is showing Person and surrounding communities what kingdom work should look like. Through outreach, benevolence, mentorship, and love AOM are being the hands and feet of Jesus. I am proud to be a part of this ministry!

I am a single mom with eight year old twin boys. I do not come from a big family, and my boys father has not been a part of their lives. We had recently moved from Florida to North Carolina when I was connected to Ahava Outreach and my boys were memebers of the summer camp. Because of all the turbulence, my boys behavior was not the best, to say the least. We were treated with acceptance and love, still. The people I've met there are amazing people who have truly helped us feel like we finally have family. Family is not always blood and I am truly thankful that I have found the right women to receive advice from, who guide me with love. I'm thankful my boys have people outside of me who they can love. I have slowly begun to find myself again, and I know it's because they all pray for me.
I have helped Ahave Outreach Ministries the last couple of weeks get ready for a community drive. I have really been impressed with all the work and effort this group has put worth to help the community. I am so glad I have gotten to be apart of such a great organization.
My son love it. I felt comfortable knowing my son was in GREAT HANDS. He keeps asking when can I go back. I hope there will be another summer camp.

Not have they done community free giveaways but has also helped my family get connected to resources we needed, we weren't familiar with a lot not being from around here. I am grateful for this Ministry and all they do.
Ahava Outreach Ministries have touched so many lives. From health professionals, adolescents, and other ministries. The AOM family are a team of selfless individuals who make sure Person County, and adjacent counties, are taken care of.
Living in a rural community, where resources are often limited, it is heartbreaking to see so many families go lacking. Ahava Outreach not only helps with basic necessities (like toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) it does just what the name says, it reaches out. The summer program was not just daycare, it was ministry and tutoring while connecting families to resources they wouldn’t have otherwise. I’m looking forward to seeing this program & ministry grow!
I volunteer at Ahava Outreach Ministries when I am able to do so. I have seen the blessings that has been appreciated by people in the community and various churches as they received the much appreciated donations. The love spreaded throughout is awesome and I pray God continues to use and bless this Ministry!

Volunteering with Ahava Outreach Ministries has been a great experience for me. I really enjoy how this organization has made an impact in our community by providing necessary services that we need including helping kids by tutoring or childcare, helping those with addictions, and domestic violence victims. This is just a snippet of what Ahava Outreach Ministries does for our community. I am proud of Tamatha for starting this outreach ministry and blessed to help her in anyway I can to continue the success of this ministry.
My son attended the Jabez Academy Summer Camp with Ahava Outreach Ministries and loved it!!!! Tamatha and her team are awesome!!!! They are always available and willing to help where help is needed. Ahava Outreach Ministries is always striving to positively impact the community. I bless God for Tamatha, her vision, and the entire outreach ministry.
