Mission: Saving Georgia Dogs, Inc., is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3), animal welfare organization. We are licensed in Georgia, and help animals in kill shelters, throughout the state. We focus on shelters, with little, to no help.
Director Suzy Bailey cares deeply about each and every dog she rescues. She dedicates the time, concern, love, time, and money that has saved so many fuzzy lives already.

I love Suzy! She cares for each animal like it was her own. She made the adoption process go very smoothly; she’s very thorough and efficient. When we are ready for dog #3, we will go with Suzy and her rescue.
This non profit has worked tirelessly to rescue dogs from kill shelters and re-home dogs and get them to safety! And then onto shelters that can find forever homes or finding homes in their communities! Very few rescues step up the way Saving Georgia Dogs has! Wonderful rescue that works in a place where conditions for dogs and cats are really tough. We adopted from the rescue nearly ten years ago and foster several dogs after that. Just amazing people doing an amazing job!
The last 6 years, I have been the go to transporter for this rescue. I have experienced the care and concern for all the dogs we have handled. From Shelter dogs to Owner surrender, all have been vetted and placed with other rescues or adopters. This is what Rescue is all about.
