Creative Enterprises incorporated in 1979 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Training and Employment Program for people with disabilities. They serve 375 clients in these counties once they age out of the school system at age 22:

They accomplish this by:
+Empowering clients to make their own choices to participate in group learning activities, art, music, to earn a paycheck and to engage in their communities.
+Providing work training on-site in our production area or job placement off-site.
+Designing each person's goals around their unique abilities; monitoring and adjusting these to effectively challenge them academically and emotionally.
+Accepting people for who they are but trying daily to be better
+Being respectful to others
