We have a 3+ year relationship with Ozzie and friends. Two of my pups are from them and we still visit adoption events and ask for advice years later. We love Nancy and Ozzie and Friends.
I've fostered many dogs for Ozzy and Friends. The dedication and heart that Ozzy and Friends puts into helping these pooches is astounding. No dog too hurt or sick deters them. These dogs are given lots of love and care, despite their limited resources. I've worked with other rescues and I gotta say Ozzie and Friends has been the best to both their dogs and foster families. If you donate to them, I assure you, your money will help so many neglected dogs that otherwise would be rejected. It's an "underdog" organization with lots of heart.
I worked with Ozzie and Friends to adopt the newest member of our family. Xoe was a stray picked up in Bakersfield, California with a litter of pups which she had still being a puppy herself. The whole adoption process was seamless and easy. Ozzie and Friends walked me through every step and spent a lot of extra time ensuring she was the right fit. Pictures, Videos, video calls with other dogs and cats were key to making the right decision. Xoe had to travel 1200km from Los Angeles to Vancouver, Canada. Ozzie and Friends handled the relocation and kept me up to date on her progress. Highly recommend Ozzie and Friends and I’m truly grateful for the work they do, saving abandoned pets from a life of hardship and suffering.
I see first hand the love and dedication that Ozzie and friends does for these animals which such a small staff and resources. It’s truly amazing to see the dedication and follow through for each animal that comes through their door.
Not only do I volunteer but I adopted My fur-ever baby from them as well.
They always ensured that all dogs are placed in good homes and always take animal back ti make sure they don’t go back to a kill shelter.
When I’m ready for another animal I will definitely come back to Ozzie and friends.
Adopted my Onyx from Ozzie and Friends Rescue. She was spayed and we received her vaccinations from them. They do great work!
I adopted 2 gorgeous dogs from Ozzie & Friends Rescue Inc. from Canada and I was pleasantly surprised how great the communication and transport were as a out of country adopter! They were transparent and they really put 100% into their work helping so many amazing dogs! Let's just say, I could have adopted my second dog locally, but I enjoyed them so much that I decided to adopt from them again! Seriously wonderful rescue ♡
I was a foster fail and adopted one of the puppies I fostered. My family is so happy with her and can’t imagine like fe without her. She’s such a joy. The rescue team was the most amazing group I’ve met. The process to foster a litter of puppies was an amazing experience. I hope more people consider fostering to help rescues continue to save lives of dogs.
I have had the pleasure of adopting my dogs from Ozzie & Friends. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. To this day, I continue to receive ongoing support, training, and follow up care for my two fur babies; Cocoa & Mocha. Founder Nancy Jimeno, is truly a blessing for allowing these little guys to “rescue” me from a life of living alone and without companionship. My wife and I adopted our dog a year ago through Ozzie and Friends and she has been one of of the greatest gifts in our lives. Thanks to Ozzie and Friends we have our little joy that we are forever thankful for. I cannot tank Ozzie and Friends enough!
