Review for Another Chance For English Setter, Saco, ME, USA
Adopted two loving English setters. One from the west and one from the south. Both were very well described on their listing by the foster parent(s) so I knew what I was getting into, they are fixed, chipped, checked and treated for any possible problems, and transported with all adoption fees going back to helping other animals (no one in this organization gets paid according to Guidestar and the filed 990's). A great group of caring people!

Review for Mountain View Humane, Roanoke, VA, USA
Recently I found a stray dog along a busy 2 lane road. After checking with local pounds and putting up signs to no avail, I contacted this organization to have the dog fixed. They were professional and sypathetic to the situation.
They got the dog in within a day, told me what was going to happen, and upon picking up the dog the next day, went over detailed information for care of the dog during recovery and what would need done to check the inscision and when a booster shot would be needed.
The facility is clean and well managed. If it had not been for this organization, we would not have been able to care so well for this found pup. We have since decided to keep him (Fred) and are grateful for this service.
They are great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
their professionalism, services offered and information about what was done and what needed to be done in the future to care for a stray male dog I rescued.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Give them more money to help the local pounds and rescue groups. And possibly suggest advertising the services on local college campuses where the students have a tendency to not get their pets fixed and dump them when they leave on break or the end of the school year.
