Review for Communities In Schools of Greater Central Texas, Inc., Killeen, TX, USA
Through my experience with Communities In Schools I have seen posisitive changes in many students. Students at the beginning of the year that had problems in the classroom or low self-esteem are now smiling and interacting with others, as well as acheiving academically. Not only does CIS help the students at school, CIS offers support, education and resources to their families. I think this is a fundamental part in ensuring success and positive well-being for all children.

I once helped a parent receive eye glasses for her child. About a week later I saw the child walking down the hall weraing her new glasses. I stopped and told her that I loved her glasses. She gave me a hug and said "Thank you. You helped me get my glasses!" I know I appreciated her kind words as much as she appreciated her new glasses.
