Review for Urban Workshop NYC, Inc., Brooklyn, NY, USA
I have seen time and time again how this program has the ability to entirely transform how a student feels about school and the possibilities that exist for him/her. Students who are not traditionally successful in classrooms often thrive in this alternative environment, giving them another way to feel and become gifted in their community. We owe so much to Urban Workshop, and the truly transformative effect it has had on so many young people.

I have seen students start to care about school when they didn't before. I have seen students come to school when they didn't before. I have seen students be successful in school when they weren't before. All of these things are because of Urban Workshop. It is an incredible and unique program that should be replicated as often and as widely as possible.
