Wow George, you're right.. I called the US Rescue League (http://www.userl.org/) and they had never heard of Paws Ranch. That means that there's no one to inspect this facility. Here's the link to show all the accredited horse rescue leagues in the US, there's only one in NC and its not this one!

Suggest to them that they join USEL, which will assist them to follow standards set by an accredited organization.
Al least get their name right United States Equine Rescue League. This organization is nationwide. We are a local organization assisting several counties in Western North Carolina. There are other accrediting organizations to choose from. We have the right to chooses who we are accredited by. We have 4 wild mustangs and have been inspected by the BLM. I feel George and James are the same person and needs to learn how creditable non profit rescues work instead of discrediting a facility that wants to help the communities of Rutherford County.
