Review for Millennium Dance Association, Irvine, CA, USA
When I was first approached by the President to make a contribution, I a little weary. I questioned the idea of providing dance instructions at no cost, and the motivation of kids to participate in competitions. I was invited to attend classes and meet students, which I did. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of enthusiasm the students showed. It made me excited, wanted them to be able to continue and I became a believer.
This organization is wonderful; it gives kids a sense of community, something to belong to. It also gives them an opportunity to set goals and see their dreams come true. The staff is passionate about dance and the wonderful effect it has on kids. I will continue to support this organization to the best of my abilities.
