Review for Giving It Back to Kids, Huntington Beach, CA, USA
I am a 16 year old high school student and was fortunate enough to go to Vietnam with this amazing non-profit organization. Robert, from Giving it Back to Kids gave me the opportunity to carry out my Eagle Scout Project in Vietnam where I assembled and distributed 50 wheelchairs to the community. Even two of the children from the orphange helped out and had such a great time.
On our mission we spent the night at an orphanage where we played soccer, frisbee, jump rope, and even some of the games the kids had made up themselves. The children at the orphange really brought me to realize how lucky I am to be living in a place where I do not have to worry if I will be eating later that day or become terribly sick.
Overall my experience in Vietnam was life changing. Giving it Back to Kids is a wonderful organization and has helped many children by paying for the heart and orthopedic surguries they cannot afford. I would love to go back to Vietnam and see all of the kids again because after seeing the tears in their eyes as we were leaving, there is no way how i could not go back.

I personally experienced the results of this organization while interviewing one of the recipients during the distribution of the wheel chairs. The look on this man's face told me how greatful he was to be able to go places without having to rely on someone else. These wheel chairs had given him mobility, and that is one of the greatest gifts you could give somebody. Next time, I plan on bringing more of my friends to Vietnam so they can experience the amazing things Giving it Back to Kids has to offer.
