Review for Giving It Back to Kids, Huntington Beach, CA, USA
On one summer trip to Vietnam with GIBTK, there was a room full of desperate parents bringing in their sick children in hopes to be a recipient of a life saving heart surgery. One by one, Robert the organization's founder listened to each story with tears in his eyes and told the families that with them help of generous donors, GIBTK would be able to pay for their child's surgery. The next year when I returned, I was saw those same children after the surgery and their parents with joy and hope in their eyes that had not been there just a year before. This isjust one example of what this amazing organization does year after year.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
when I was on another trip with GIBTK and got the opportunity to help fund a home to be built for a lady and her two young children. I heard later from staff members that the same lady eventually started her own noodle business and that business was doing well for her that she was able to support her family. It was something simple like a hand up and it gave this woman a chance to stand up on her own and change her family's life. I will never forget the tears of joy she had in her eyes that day.
