I was looking for an organization where I could indulge my love of horses and, at the same time, give back to the community. I met Minis and Friends at a local horse expo and was immediately interested. After talking with Sally and researching the organization, I bought my first miniature horse and became involved in the organization. We have brought smiles, laughter and hugs to disadvantaged children and adults in care facilities and nursing homes. It has been such a joy to share this opportunity with them, and has truly shown me what life is all about.
