Review for Giving It Back to Kids, Huntington Beach, CA, USA
I love this organization because I love the vision of helping children that desperatately need it. This organization gives hope to people who would not otherwise have it if not for Dorothea and Robert Kalatschan who started GIBTK. These two people give their lives to help so that others see the love of Jesus by giving parents hope that their children will live by receiving heart surgeries; that people who had to crawl can now receive wheelchairs to experience life again; that build homes so people can have shelter and provide for their children; that give students hope to get an education and flourish in society; the list goes on and on. The two things I love most is the heart of the organization which is the heart of God and their integrity in honoring everything they say they do they will do.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
by receiving a full packet on all the information concerning children we bought heart surgeries for. We got to see their request letter, their thank you letter and we receive letters from GIBTK personally saying thank you. Above and beyond what we would expect or need but it is so reassuring that GIBTK is doing what they say they will do and do it with such loving hearts.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Ideally it would be great to get sponsorship letters from the child that are interpreted rather than updates as it personalizes your relationship with the child a little more, but realize it is tough due to the language differences.
