I would like to say, on behalf of ( Linda Michell) that I see that her whole-heart is committed to this cause. Linda is a very kind -hearted loving spirit who loves animals and it would be to your detriment to have her as part of your outstanding team. :-)

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would not change a thing. I feel you all have a handle on things, love your love of animals and commitment to them. The only bit of advice i may add is, that I pray this organization and members are able to get the monies necessary to do the construction as planned. I would like to suggest bringing your quest to ( Schools,for the kids to do Fundraiser's and to Universities) whom also, enjoy helping in such instances. Best of Luck to you all:-)
