Review for The SOFEI Group, Inc., Oxon Hill, MD, USA
The services provided by the SOFEI Group are those needed most in low-income communities throughout Maryland. Mrs. Avens through her own life experiences knows first hand the impact economic instability can have on one's life. She also knows the pathway from economic instability to economic stablity. Thus, the SOFEI Group empowers people through the many services provided to began the journey to a more stable life. The Group is a great encouragement to many and have personally enriched my life over the years.

I have personally experienced the results of this organization through events they have hosted. The opportunity to network with women of diverse backgrounds and similiar stories is very uplifting and inspiring. We all walk away with our lifes more enriched and more enpowered to know that whatever we may be facing in life someone had already overcome and through perservance and a new path to economical stability we can too.
