Review for Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue Inc, San Angelo, TX, USA
I love donkeys and want to help in any way that I can. I do see that quite a bit is spent on fundraising if you look at the 990 form. I believe it was over $600,000. Also, if one divides the number of donkeys rescued by the total expenses for the year, it comes to about $6,100 per donkey. I am glad to see so many donkeys being helped by this organization although the cost per donkey seems high to me. (Although I admit this is an uneducated observation and may be a completely reasonable cost).

Review for Friends of Homeless Animals Inc, Marathon, FL, USA
I have fostered dogs for this organization and have found the organization to be very responsible, responsive and caring. All dogs are given everything they need in order to be healthy and well cared for until they can find a home of their own.
