As an intern since the end of January of 2011, I have personally been honored to witness Becky Lee's extraordinary dedication to her non-profit organization. No question about it, Becky lives to empower survivors and prevent intimate partner violence. This non-profit organization achieves innovation in its efforts to raise awareness about domestic violence. I have had the exciting privilege to co-host a variety of events ranging from fashion to self-defense. Furthermore, I have gained a deeper understanding of how domestic violence is not an individual issue but a community problem.
