Review for Bais Chana Women International Inc, Brooklyn, NY, USA
Bais Chana gave me the help and support I needed when I was in an abusive relationship. The counselors and my peers who participated in the Vermont summer program showed me that I could feel loved and valued as an independent woman. Even though it took me a few more months to finally end the abuse in my personal life, I consider the leaders at Bais Chana to be essential contributors to my personal sense of empowerment, and the empowerment of many young women I've met.
