I consistently donate to this organization because I believe in what's being done to build our self esteem, careers, families and communities. When this organization touch you individually it creates a rippled effect that will continue on thru your family, job and community. It will and can definately get you where you want to be in life with a positive outlook on any situation.

I personnally experienced the results of this organization in my own family with my daughter. The organization helped build her self esteem and confidence in who she is. She is now attending some of their seminars and training sessions.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would make it more marketable for others to know who they are and what they stand for.
Role: Donor & I worked with Mrs. Avens at the homeless teaching, training and preparing them for job interviews.
