Links Africa is an international nonprofit organization that deals with one of the direst challenge facing girls and women in Africa. The organization applies practical common sense strategies to deal with the problem of abject poverty. By empowering girls and women through education, Links Africa provides the necessary tools to enable female members of community particularly those from poor families to fairly compete in the global labor market. Education is very crucial for competitiveness in the knowledge-based economy. It is for these reasons that I support Links Africa with technical advise and urge my friends to contribute to its great mission. The need is so huge in the continent of Africa but with little contribution from all of us, we can create a positive social change.
