Review for Humane Society Of Southeast Texas, Beaumont, TX, USA
This organization needs a complete restructuring. There are allegations of misuse of funds to the amount of $10,000. The Board of Directors is a group of friends who have no experience in animal welfare, yet run this place like it's their personal playground. They refuse to adopt animals to people if they live in a poor neighborhood.
