Review for Truthout, Sacramento, CA, USA
Truthout is a marvelous organization. It tries to speak truth to power and is almost always informative and on the cutting edge of exposing inequalities in race gender and class, I regret that I am not able to be a constant financial supporter but my wife and I have contributed off and on for years. They DESERVE to to be supported because they are courageous and outspoken.

partial success in minority and LGBT rights, working for peace and justice. standing up to forces of reaction and exploitation and fostering the spirit of true democracy in America, that is in democracy as a way of life, "a mode of associated living" rather than simply a matter of holding elections and emphasizing majority rule despite legitimate ethical and social situations that are ignored.

I am not activeenough in the organization to suggest amt needed changes. I wish they could ask for money less often, but I wish I gave them more money than I have given.
