My Nonprofit Reviews

Dana Chade
Review for Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Irvine, CA, USA
The Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation is a wonderful organization that provides many oportunities for those who want to help children with cancer. Between the 1-10 K runs/walks and the inspirational Christmas cards created by children who have survived their cancer experiences, PCRF is a very worthy charity and one that I will continue to support.
More Feedback
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
The improvements in survival rates of children's cancer.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I really don't know.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Meeting people who have had children with cancer and how they have dealt with the experience.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Helpful and supportive. Very well organized in their fund raisers
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Hopefully find the cure to cancer!
Ways to make it better...
After seeing how hard volunteers worked, there would have been more money raised at fundraisers.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Funding. People's finances are spread very thin. It is hard to raise that which is really needed.
One thing I'd also say is that...
After having a child die of Leukemia, this organization gives me hope that a cure can be found and other children will not have to suffer as my Hannah did.
