Review for Annie Appleseed Project, Delray Beach, FL, USA
I was shocked and terrified when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and feel that if it wasn't for the support of The Annie Appleseed Project, I probably would not have survived. I chose only alternative treatments which to this day are still not covered by insurance nor supported in mainstream support groups, and I was supported in my decision by Annie.... Imagine having cancer being on disability and trying to also find wholistic information.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
not interested due to chronic health issues and difficulty in running a non-profit.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
information and support.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
professional not detached caring and very informed.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
help me with purchasing supplements and pay for wholistic treatments.
Ways to make it better...
if I could afford to attend conferences on the latest treatments. Being on disability is "living" at 15% below poverty level.
